The Why:

Unlike the traditional routines centered around basic pushups, leg raises, and other boring exercises; Ido Portal presents a myriad and diverse group of exercises sure to keep viewers captivated and enthralled even at the most basic levels. Almost all the books you’ll read reveal variations of the same old exercises. These drills are different, new, exciting, shiny; but also effective in developing better body awareness and even balanced tissue adaptation, to prevent injures and increase endurance, strength, and power at real-world angles.

Practice the drills, develop your skills, and use Biofeedback Training to figure out what’s best.

The Drills:

These are the beginner drills necessary to develop and evolve your own movement and even if you choose not to go into Capoeira, it still is fun. Go out and Play!
