FBS: Z-Health R-Phase:

– Development of Overhead Arm Position

SFS: Z-Health S-Phase:

1. Side Shuffles

2. Plyo Steps

On lighter days I will especially do Capoeira Floreio and Z-Health S-Phase to increase overall movement fluency and body awareness on the ground. I wanted to take this first weak much more relaxed than normal, simply because I still feel some effects from my illness.
