Goal: Light, Build Perfect Repetitions. Working on “Long Spine” and “Bone Rhythm”

Focus: Squat, Press, Pullup, Planche, Front Lever

Practice, Practice, Practice.

The Training:

50lb Sandbag Jerk

50lb Sandbag Squat

50lb Sandbag Rotational Deadlift

Lock-Offs (Pull-Up Position)

Straddle Planche Assist

Front Lever Assist
